Discover Klodzko Valley

Itinerary: Klodzko Valley is one of the most interesting regions of Poland, renowned for beautiful scenery, medieval towns, historical and sacral sights. We visit Kudowa Zdroj, a famous spa resort. Here you enjoy some free time to relax, sip coffee in one of the cafes or taste local mineral. We visit a unique Skulls Chapel built of human bones in the 18th to commemorate the victims of wars and epidemics. A short hike in the Stolowe Mountains reveals the real beauty of the region – we go through the spectacular rock labyrinth with amazing rock forms, the only one of this kind in Central Europe. Then we head to Klodzko – we stroll around the Old Town to discover its highlights: old tenement houses, Baroque churches and the medieval bridge of St. John. The most fascinating however is a massive military Fortress (18th century) overlooking the Klodzko’s Old Town. On the way back to Wroclaw we stop in Zabkowice Slaskie – it is famous for the Leaning Tower and… Frankenstein!
