Wroclaw Old Town Walk
Itinerary: Wroclaw is picturesquely located on the Odra River. It is one of the oldest and the most beautiful cities in Poland. Our tour reveals the fascinating and tumultuous history of the city which belonged to Polish Kingdom, then to Czech Kingdom, to Habsburgs’ Empire, to Prussia and Germany… We stroll around the Old Town area and discover all its highlights: the Old Town Square with a magnificent Gothic Town Hall (14th century), the famous Hansen and Gretel tenement houses, charming streets like Jatki. We also admire the Wroclaw University building standing on the embankment of the Odra River – its Aula Leopoldina is a masterpiece of Baroque art. We also visit Ostrow Island hiding the complex of sacral buildings including the Gothic Cathedral of St John.
